Your order timeline
Because The Soul Keeper Memorial Set is personalized, the timeline begins with proofing. We want you to see and approve the design before the final piece is made.
Design proof in 24-48 hours
We prepare a proof using your pet's photo, name, dates, QR code, and memorial phrase.
You review and approve
Production does not begin until you approve the proof, so the final memorial feels right.
Production takes 3-5 days
After approval, your custom memorial is made, checked, packed, and prepared for shipment.
Delivery takes about 7-10 business days
Once shipped, courier transit usually takes about 7-10 business days.
Design proof before production
A memorial is deeply personal, so we do not want the design to feel rushed. Your proof lets you check the portrait direction, name, dates, QR placement, and memorial phrase before the final product is made.
Production after approval
After you approve your design proof, we begin production. This stage usually takes 3-5 days. During this time, your custom design is prepared and your memorial is checked before shipment.
Delivery estimate
After shipment, delivery usually takes about 7-10 business days. Actual courier timing can vary slightly because of location, customs handling, weather, holidays, or local carrier delays.
We recommend ordering early if your memorial is intended for a specific date, remembrance gathering, or gift moment.
Tracking your order
Once your memorial has shipped, tracking information should be provided so you can follow the package as it travels to you. If the tracking does not update immediately, allow a little time for the carrier to scan the shipment into its network.
