Standard Returns
30-Day Reflection Window
For **non-customized** items, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
International Return Shipping
As per international e-commerce standards, the **customer is responsible for return shipping costs** for non-quality related returns. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit back to us.
The "Safe Arrival" Promise
If your item arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within **48 hours**. We will send a **100% free replacement** immediately. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs in this case.

Phase 1: Pre-Customization
Before Design Starts
If you change your mind before our artists begin the hand-drawing process, you are eligible for a **100% Full Refund**.
Phase 2: In Production
Design in Progress / Not Shipped
If customization has begun but the item has not yet been shipped, we will issue a refund minus a **$10.00 USD Labor Fee**. This fee compensates our artists for their time and materials used during the sketch phase.
Phase 3: Finalized & Shipped
Final Sale
Once a personalized item has been shipped, it is considered a **Final Sale** and is not eligible for return or refund unless a quality error occurred on our part.
